What the world has been witnessing politically is indeed frightening, leading us to face the realities of violence in this world.

Fear can be a powerful place for true courage to emerge.

I hope this meditation in collaboration with Ganavya Doraiswamy, and Illuminatrix Photography & Video brings you peace during challenging & scary times.
