Choosing tomorrow's Life.

A semi-whimsical look ahead.
Assuming that we have full control over our next incarnation (and assuming this were possible), which of the known Nations of our planet would you be born into?
The remit is to choose the one that would provide the best means and freedom to fully develop all of your potential of Mind, Body and Spirit and of course any chosen 'gifts'?

Under the assumption that one is able to choose the period of incarnation, I would plump for life as an aborigine in Australia a good hundred years or so before white settlement.
