Could this means of Healing have been wrongly attributed to Spiritual Healing?

If so, how was it triggered?

Hi Hiorta, I am not sure we would know but in essence I wonder if this is something that Spiritual healing could trigger. We know we cannot cure major physical items iike a broken leg but we can speed the recovery and cell regeneration. Equally, however slowly, we cannot cure cancer as of now but I have seen some effects where the cancer has reduced dramatically for a time.
