Searching for information or a photograph of Cecil Husk. Cannot find a photo, please help if possible.

He was a singer but also a physical medium. He was caught in fraud a few times. Searching for any newspaper clippings, obituaries etc.

May I ask what is your particular interest in Cecil Husk?

Photo's of him are very hard to find I am afraid. Perhaps you will have more success if you look for him under his full name: James Cecil Husk.

He was born in 1847 (GRO Births June Q 1847 Pancras 1 315), the son of James Husk, a house decorator and his wife Mary Ann Charlotte Tapley, and died 11 October 1920 at 30 South-grove, Rye-lane, Peckham, Surrey. He married Marion Lycett 22 October 1881 at the Register Office, Pancras.

You are quite correct in saying he was a singer but he was also a teacher/professor of music. His career as a physical medium was progressively hampered by the fact that he was going blind, and on several occasions fellow Spiritualists sought to help him financially.
