Hi has anybody ever heard about the medium Maurice Barbanell?

Indeed yes. He was/ is the unsung Medium for Silver Birch for the greater part of his life, which allowed that group to reach virtually every part of our planet with their superb contributions.

He was much more than a medium. In fact his mediumship wasn't to the forefront of his activities as Hiorta says. That said, I'd recommend reading Silver Birch's teachings as a model of common sense, whether you believe their source was as reported, or not.

Barbanell was one of the founding editors of Psychic News (when it was worth reading) and wrote many books including "This Is Spiritualism", which is a fascinating read.

I have 3 of his books. Amazing readings! They are my Bible.

It gives just a taste of his work, he was also a great de-bunker of fraudulent mediumship.
