Ok is this a Wooly Mammoth or not

Looks like a hoax to me - although 'blurry' the water doesn't look consistent around the alleged mammoths movement. And of course... anyone seeing such a marvel surely would have tried closer more 'definitive' shots to prove its existence (before legging it ).

It's a bear, carrying a long fish in its mouth.
