An Experience with Astral Travel?

Would this be an experience involving Astral Travel?

When my husband was in Korea,he was standing guard,rifle in hand,during night time duty.
The night was cold and he was freezing waiting for his duty time to finish.
He desparately tried to keep awake but found himself nodding off.

He found himself in his mother's bedroom,watching her sleeping. She stirred and looked up at him.
Next he was awake in the freezing cold,shivered checked his watch,found he had been out for no more than a few seconds.
His guard duty was over then.

Several months later,back in the UK,chatting to his mother,she asked him what the stripes were for on his uniform.
Being rather surprised at this,as he had never mentioned these stripes to her,he asked how she knew about them.
She said 'I saw you one night in a dream,standing at the bottom of my bed,wearing army uniform and some kind of stripes on it'.

yes it seems to fit other experiences i have read about concerning astral travel considering both parties where aware of each other presents. i have had a couple myself

That was my first experience of hearing about Astral travel,Taushin.
I found it most interesting considering it happened to a member of my own famaily.

I astral travelled alot as a teenager, looking back I think it could have been down to the trauma I experienced in my early years, maybe it was a form of release for me who knows but the experiences are still so vivid. I had no knowledge of astral travel until recently.

Astral travel was an experience that we had never heard of at that time. Not me,anyway.

Me neither although in later years I found out my mother had experiences with astral travel, she was involved with Alexandrian wicca at the time.
