Honestly some of these physical merchants are really scraping the barrel!

How many of you cowards have put yourselves forward as Kai does to public scrutiny? Just because it does not meet "your" expectations does not mean that it isn't legitimate or real.
No wonder the rest of the world sits back and takes our beliefs and understandings as BS. Show me where his admittedly poor and low resolution photographs are false, or (putting aside your own self-inflated view) why someone who wasn't being genuine shouldn't put forward, what Spirit has given them, to the public?

Because it does not meet your needs, does not mean it has been faked, is false, or is deliberately misleading, however, "your" narrow-minded opinions are.

Pointless attack WCC and very unpleasant sounds just like the material I have sadly got used to from toomany supporters of the modern day dark circle physical mediums. All attack, nasty language and no brains or thinking. It is very sad and does nothing to firther our movement. Neither does, in a general sense, the work of the dark circleists who are not progressing or willing to use new techniques.

I expect a response but make it clear "wccthethird" all three IP addresses you have used will be banned on the forum if you use the same language. I will also be cross matching the IP addresses to try and identify you for our records on the forum. By the way how is the weather in Sydney...

Good for you Jim. This sort of uncouth posting does lower the tone of a most civilised and sociable forum. By all means let all speak their mind but to descend into abuse is unpleasant and unnecessary.

('') He has the ability to imitate many accents and can access much information with his strong psychic ability, and people can confuse this with Spirit communication IMHO. He has an ability beyond most, but when you try and commercialise it you can muddy the waters. Does he mislead intentionally, I don't think so, but he is under pressure to perform to pay the bills.....

Actually we could be much tougher about some of these guys there is a lot of interesting material around the web about the Felix Group and Kai also about Mr Thompson. One of the most interesting posts about is one by someone who has hosted circles for both DT and Felix.

However we seem to be the preferred target as a forum and I am OK with that. We only post what is available on the public record or a matter of public interest. Obviously there are many valid questions about some items that are well deserving of answers. For the life of me I do not know why people are not using thermography, under carpet sensors, french chalh etc etc. Gee whizz look at the pictures the early mediums were prepared to have taken. Even Camp Chesterfield allowed in the infra red equipment albeit that proved fraud in the end.

Ther are very good reasons why DD Home and Emma Hradinge Britten wanted dark seances banned read their work to find out. However this bunch have decided they must know more than those experts.

You never get far into contemporary dark room physical medumship before you bump into [sometimes quite literally] some rather intense and sometimes deeply unpleasant people.
It's a business most of it so they slate the competition and big up their own favourite performers. You tend not to find the same thing amongst the stage worker mental mediums. By and large they are a hard working cheery bunch with little or no backbiting.
Maybe there's an element in striving for the physical that brings out the worst in people. I'd like to think not but it does seem to be the case amongst many of the physical merchants more often than in other areas of spiritualist endeavour.
Apropos bad atmospheres Stansted Hall has been a hotbed and haven for backbiting and bitchiness over the years. Not sure if it's the building or the SNU effect. Tom Harrison was first manager there and he comments on it in his book as does Eric Hatton indirectly in his. Normally nice folk seem to morph into less than they could be through extended exposure to working at the hall. Friends of AFC seem to be boosting at least one of the physical operators. History shows that it often all collapses amidst tears and recrimination. As for those disgusting photos that sparked this strand, that anyone could imagine that such imagery could in any way enhance or positively promote their cause is almost beyond belief.
In the public mind this sort of thing has to do with spiritualism and so,by association of idea; we all become tarred with the physical brush to some extent. That can't be right. Lily Dale Assembly has the best approach,they distance themselves from physical work. Maybe we should do the same. By all means let the dark room operators continue their sticky stunts but not under the banner of spiritualism. They could maybe decamp and join either the Magic Circle or Equity the actors' union.
