Psychic news, back trading

I was shoked to find that a company in liqudation, trading openly on the internet, I see the SNU have got there phone number on this site.
As I have been asked to a meeting to be aranged in January, about the asets of this company I was surprised to find it tradding.
So if you have a UK company and it is strugeling put it into recevership, don't pay anyone, and then go back to trading. this is how it looks to me,
what dose anyone else think. look at www.psychicnewsbookshop.co.uk?onlinenews.php and this site also tells you you can buy online backissuse of the old Psychic news newspaper. it looks like Psychic Press (1995) Limited are also on this site claiming Trade mark, which we all know is not strikly true. do they realy think that they can get away with is, well?

I just found it by putting into search at google psychic news Ltd, it is still there.

IF thats true they must be breaking the law. And what about the liquidator isn't he supposed to stop stuff like that?

The Liquuidator has been informed this afternoon, and so have trading standars, office of fair trading and companys house, I see it is still up.
The Liquuidator is a female and she did not know, but she dose now.
It may be coincidence, but most of the soliciters have started their christmas holidays today. Is this not what we are used to.
I recived a letter from intelectual property last week, it included a letter sent to SNU, and it told them that they could not a raise opposition to my trade mark , because they are not the owner of an earlier registered or pending mark. and also.
They also informed the intelectual property that there was, quote: A passing off action is with our solicitors concerning use of the Company name Psychic News Ltd. unquote
I have been informed that this is not true and that an ausation on a legal document stating that, when infact I hold all legal rights to the company Psychic News LTD and is not true, puts me in a position to seek composation, I think this is all putting Spiritualism in a very sorry mess.
I feel like just handing the hole lot to the people that I am try to protect these people from, as I am starting to see why they are so agains Spiritualists. I just pray to god I go to spirit soon before I start to get like these people. if I did not have a lot of support around me and my Acting to get out of it for a bit I would walk away, not because of the spirit world, or because I am not pasionate about what I do, but because I have met the lowest people that I have ever came across and they go under a banner or Spiritualism.
Please all the wonderful spiritual people out there do not take affence to this I do know that most Spiritualist are Wonderful careing people, and tha it is only a few that spoil it for them, but I have given all my life and traveld the world with Spirit, and you get s the same the wold over.
I don't need this in my life I have aceived everything that I wanted and more.
I am going to start a new year and for the fist time in my life live for me.
Good luck all the real Spiritualists , because I have watched three generations walk from this and I know that It will never change.

Public Eye, congratulations on your robust stance in this disgraceful matter.
As you have discovered, there are many nominal 'spiritualists' around, but these will all vanish like the winter snow when the going gets tough.
Please remember the words of Silver Birch: 'You have the support of the mightiest power in the Universe when you seek to do good'. It is my experience that this cannot fail, provided we do not falter and continue to aim at the highest we are capable of.
Those who should set an example are often found wanting, especially where and when earthly gains might be made.
However, it was ever thus.

The Liquidator is not envolved in this, she was as taken back by it as the rest of us, but why would they take notice of her she only reprisents the Law an these people seem to think that they are above that.
Thier talks about the Name can't happen, because none of them own it.
If intelectual property was not needed do you think that any company would pay to register thier trade marks, and what do they think company house is a joke, these goverment agencys are in place to protect people who do the right thing and register to protect thier rights just as I did.
not for people who don't bother, then lay claim to it.
I am sorry about how I feel at the moment, but I have spent my life fighting for justis and I am totaly discusted at this behavour, They have no respect for the laws of this land or the people who have lost thier livelyhood over this. In my eyes these people are the scum of the earth, not Spiritualists.
I am going to join a new group where the people are honest about who they are, it called Supperficial Nonhopeing Underachevers, and this gives people a chance at retiring age to achive something in live, if they never did before retiring. maybe I will sugest that for easy printing they just use the letter thater than the hole name.

Wouldn't using the acronym (SNU) just annoy the snu?

This web site has now been taken down, but I have a copy of it up and trading yesterday with a computer time and date stamp, and this has been sent by recorded delivery to three seperat addresses with the post recording of them. I urge everyone to be vigulant and inform the Liquidators if this happens again. as this Site was selling books that are also on the SNU web site for sale, who owns these book rights SNU or Psychic Press (1995) ltd, they can't both own the rights

If this web site was all above board, then it must just be coincidence that when I draw atention to it, it suddenly comes down. the very next day.
