The Myth of Quantum Consciousness

Post by Admin on Mon Nov 29, 2010 12:09 pm

Interesting this should pop up when it was originally written in the Humanist in 1992

I guess this is someone who does not believe us at all, still it is worth reviewing the arguments propounded, sadly his derisive wriring of of mediumship as "fortune telling" and "sleight of hand" devalues his own thoughts

It was in answer to an earlier Humanist article "The Wise Silence" by Robert Lanza

Interestingly, after reading that article and clicking on one thing then another, I found Deepak Chopra writing about happiness, or lack thereof, and he starts his conclusion by saying:

"In the end, I approach all the psychological factors in unhappiness as symptoms of one cause: What makes us unhappy is the lack of spiritual knowledge.."

That sounds to be an accurate description of 'happiness'

It does raise thoughts as to what 'consciousness' really is - quantum or not.
And its properties too, of course.
