Why am I wary about the Spirit World?

Hmm interesting Petal. Personally I am not in tune with teh soul group concept although I realise it is popular. There are many variations on what we face in the afterlife. Indeed far to many variations, there used to be an aussie TV show called pick a box (indeed my meory suggests we had one in the UK) and I feel that way about the choices presented from a wide array of options.

In the end I do not believe those of us in a physical life have anything in our mind that Spirit can use to adequately convey what is awaiting us. As a Medium it appears to me the messages I bring through from loved ones are not reflecting anything unpleasant in our future.

So what do I really know, whatever else this physical body will cease functioning and I will move to a life in the Spirit World. At that stage I will obtain some more certainty about the next step.

Accounts in some of the trance literature are interesting. I am drawn to the trance lectures through mediums like Ursula Roberts and Ivy Northage. I think they give similar accounts of what we might expect.

I have heard through various mediums that my loved ones in spirit are happy, and at times I feel their love. That, and what I read is enough for me to feel peace about what is to come.

I've had many lucid dreams,in which I have met my husband,my parents and even good friends who have passed.
Both my parents opened their arms to give me a hug but unfortunately I woke up!
